Product Description
Bakuchiol Infused Rosehip Seed & Jojoba Oil is a premium botanical oil prepared by slowly cold-infusing Bakuchiol-bearing botanical material in a blend of Rosehip Seed Oil and Jojoba Oil for 4–6 weeks.
The combination of Rosehip Seed Oil and Jojoba Oil creates a balanced carrier system. Rosehip Seed Oil contributes naturally occurring fatty acids and other lipid-soluble compounds, while Jojoba Oil provides a lightweight, smooth and stable emollient base with excellent skin feel.
The extended cold-infusion process allows the botanical material to remain in contact with the carrier oils for several weeks, encouraging gradual transfer of oil-compatible botanical constituents without high-temperature extraction.

Value of the Aged Botanical Oil
The 6-8 week aging period provides a slow, traditional approach to botanical oil preparation. Extended contact between the botanical material and the carrier oils allows gradual transfer of oil-compatible botanical constituents into the oil blend.
The use of two complementary carrier oils gives the finished infusion additional formulation versatility. Rosehip Seed Oil provides a naturally rich botanical oil base, while Jojoba Oil contributes a smooth, lightweight and elegant sensory profile.
This makes the ingredient particularly suitable for premium skincare products where both botanical positioning and refined skin feel are important.
Active / Characteristic Constituents
Bakuchiol is a naturally occurring meroterpene phenol associated with Psoralea corylifolia. Rosehip Seed Oil naturally contains fatty acids including linoleic acid, alpha-linolenic acid and oleic acid, while Jojoba Oil is primarily composed of naturally occurring long-chain wax esters.
The actual concentration of bakuchiol in the finished infused oil depends on the botanical material, processing conditions and infusion method.
