HOME APPLICATION
- Culinary: Dilute 1 drop in 1 tbsp olive oil or butter; add to soups, sauces, or marinades. (food grade only)
- Steam Inhalation: Add 1 drop to hot water, cover head with a towel, and inhale for 5-10 minutes.
- Topical Use:Dilute 1 drop in 1 tsp carrier oil; apply to skin or sore areas after a patch test.
- Household Cleaning:Mix 2-3 drops with 1 cup water + 1 tbsp vinegar; spray and wipe surfaces.
- Diffusion: Add 1-2 drops to a diffuser with water; use in a ventilated area.
