Active component in Acorus calamus oil : beta-asarone and alpha-asarone (the primary constituents), camphene, limonene, shyobunone, eugenol, calamenene, and zizanoic acid.

Aroma : Refreshing scent similar to cinnamon

HOME APPLICATION
- Aromatherapy: Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser for a calming aroma.
- Massage Oil: Dilute 1–2 drops in 1 tbsp carrier oil; massage onto tense areas.
- Bath Soak: Mix 2–3 drops with 1 cup Epsom salt; add to warm bath.
- Inhalation: Add 1 drop to hot water; inhale under a towel for 5–10 minutes.
- Room Spray: Combine 5–10 drops with 1 cup distilled water + 1 tbsp witch hazel; mist.
- Foot Soak: Mix 2 drops with 1/4 cup Epsom salt; soak feet for 15–20 minutes.
