2. No Returns Accepted (B2B Policy)

As a B2B company dealing in bulk, specialty, and perishable botanical products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

This policy is in place to ensure product safety, quality integrity, and compliance with handling standards.

3. Damaged or Unusable Products

We take quality and fulfillment seriously. In the rare case that a product arrives:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Not usable due to shipping or packaging issues

  • Incorrect or defective upon arrival

We will offer a resolution under the conditions below.

4. Proof Requirement

To process any claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Unboxing or handling video evidence (recommended)

  • Images of outer packaging and shipping labels

Claims without proper documentation may not be eligible for review.

5. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement shipment (resend the product), or

  • Refund of the product value only

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds apply only to the product cost, not freight, duties, or customs fees

6. Claim Submission Timeline

All damage or usability claims must be reported within:

7 days of delivery

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
